At Nomad Coffee Club, we want you to love your brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. If there is an issue with your equipment or an error with your order, we are here to make it right within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a return or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our quality standards or applies to damaged hardware and non-perishable goods.
Ship Item Back
If approved, we will provide a return shipping label for equipment or unopened accessories to be sent back to our roasting facility.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee immediately.
