How does the coffee subscription work?
Choose your preferred roast and delivery frequency. We source the finest beans, roast them to order, and ship them directly to your door to ensure maximum freshness.
When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?
To provide the freshest experience, we roast our beans every Tuesday. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting via standard ground shipping.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes, you have full control. You can pause, skip a month, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard without any hidden fees.
Where do you source your coffee beans?
We practice ethical sourcing by partnering directly with small-batch farmers in regions like Ethiopia, Colombia, and Sumatra to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose a specific grind size tailored for Drip, French Press, or Espresso brewing methods.
